HOW IT WORKS

Learners enter a simulated 'day in the life' experience where they manage various work situations by responding to emails and instant messages.

1. Take a self-assessment

Before participants begin the simulation, they complete a short self-assessment rating their perceived skills levels.

2. Respond to messages

Participants gather information to inform decision-making. Their selected responses measure their individual skill levels.

3. Get objective feedback

Once participants complete the simulation, they receive tailored and objective feedback based on their performance.
