A simulated email experience where participants enter a role at a fictitious company and must manage real-world scenarios by responding to various emails and instant messages.

1. Select the scenario

Each scenario targets specific subject areas, measures different skills, and consists of unique characters and situations.

2. Respond to messages

Participants gather information to inform decision-making. Their selected responses measure their individual skill levels.

3. Get objective feedback

Once participants complete the simulation, they receive tailored and objective feedback based on their performance.
