Participants enter a high fidelity managerial environment where they must respond to a variety of situations and information via emails, instant messages and files.

Foster Accurate Self Awareness

Participants complete a brief self assessment to gauge their perceived skill levels, which are then compared against their actual performance in a skill gap analysis after the simulation is complete.

Provide Objective & Actionable Feedback

After the simulation is complete, participants receive a report containing relative, specific, and tailored feedback on how they performed and how they can improve.

Guide Individual Development 

Participants are guided through the creation of an Individual Development Plan that incorporates S.M.A.R.T. goals and developmental tactics to improve skill proficiency.
